Returns

Due to the nature of fermentation cultures, microbiological products, laboratory media, and related materials, opened, used, or improperly stored products are generally not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
